Responsibilities
Company Secretary : The Function
- Manage a portfolio of funds (UCITS/AIF), including incorporation, liquidation, and daily management.
- Review and coordinate corporate documents (agreements, contracts).
- Oversee the bank account opening process.
- Organize board meetings and prepare related documents (minutes, PoA).
- Handle daily queries from your clients.
- Coordinate cross-border transactions and liaise with clients, lawyers, banks, and notaries.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team on AML/KYC processes and prepare KYC documentation.
- Manage publications on the Luxembourg Business Register and maintain internal databases
Profile
Company Secretary : Your Profile
- You are fluent in English and French (knowledge of Italian will be a plus)
- You hold a Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economy or any other relevant field
- The tasks of a Company Secretary in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Customer-service oriented, extremely organized with a keen eye for detail
- You you have excellent knowledge of UCITS/AIF funds
