Responsibilities
Corporate Officer AML/KYC - Your Role :
As a Corporate Officer AML/KYC, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of the fiduciary's operations. Your key duties will include:
- Documentation and administration: managing client files and ensuring administrative follow-up.
- AML/KYC: handling compliance procedures, monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations.
- Board meetings: preparing documents, taking minutes, and following up on decisions.
- Updating official circulars and other documents.
- Providing support on various tasks related to accounting and internal management processes.
Profile
Corporate Officer AML/KYC - Your Profile:
- You are fluent in French and English. Italian is a plus, and any additional language will be appreciated.
- You possess a strong personality, with flexibility, curiosity, and excellent communication skills.
- You have a bachelor's degree in law or finance.
- You are autonomous, meticulous, and proficient in Excel and AML/KYC regulations.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fiduciary setting is required.
