Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily operations in close collaboration with the Team Manager, ensuring consistent adherence to internal procedures and delivery targets.
* Oversee the planning and execution of core deliverables including annual accounts, direct and indirect tax filings, and debt recovery tasks, maintaining a steady pace aligned with productivity goals.
* Guide and mentor new team members, actively supporting knowledge transfer and internal integration.
* Maintain consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders including notaries, public authorities, and financial institutions.
* Prepare service proposals and client agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory frameworks.
* Lead the onboarding process of new clients and manage the legal and administrative aspects of corporate structuring.
* Supervise legal documentation and ensure proper filings related to board meetings, shareholder assemblies, and statutory changes.
* Monitor and coordinate client tax situations in collaboration with advisors, ensuring timely submission of tax declarations.
* Act as a quality gatekeeper for client deliverables (legal, fiscal, compliance), validating work before submission.
* Identify client needs and challenges proactively, offering tailored solutions and drafting billing proposals accordingly.

Profile

Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, business administration, economics, or finance.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within corporate services, tax, accounting, or fiduciary sectors in Luxembourg.
* Sound knowledge of local corporate law, accounting and tax frameworks, and AML/CFT regulations.
* Bilingual in French and English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
* Strong client service orientation, paired with integrity, discretion, and team spirit.
