Introduction

Our client is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in Luxembourg, recognised for its expertise across Corporate, Banking & Finance, Investment Funds, Tax and Litigation.

As part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy, the firm continues to invest significantly in innovative technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and next-generation legal technology solutions designed to enhance efficiency, knowledge management and client service.

To support the adoption of these tools across its legal teams, our client is looking to recruit a Digital Learning & Legal Technology Specialist.

Responsibilities



Your Responsibilities :

As a key member of the firm's innovation and support ecosystem, you will act as the bridge between technology and legal professionals, ensuring that lawyers are able to fully leverage the firm's digital tools and AI-powered solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting lawyers and business services teams in the day-to-day use of AI and legal technology platforms.
  • Delivering training sessions, workshops and onboarding programmes on newly implemented digital tools.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for users experiencing difficulties or requiring guidance.
  • Translating technical concepts into practical and user-friendly explanations for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external software providers to ensure a smooth implementation of new technologies.
  • Gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities to improve adoption and user experience.
  • Creating user guides, training materials and best-practice documentation.
  • Monitoring market developments and emerging technologies relevant to the legal industry.
  • Contributing to the firm's broader innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

Profile



Your Profile :

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Law, IT, Business, Digital Transformation, Education, Knowledge Management or similar).
  • You have a strong interest in technology, innovation and Artificial Intelligence.
  • You are highly comfortable working with digital tools and new software environments.
  • Previous experience in training, user support, customer success, legal technology, change management or knowledge management would be considered a strong asset.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and enjoy helping others learn and develop new competencies.
  • You are naturally patient, approachable and solutions-oriented.
  • Experience within a law firm, professional services environment or highly regulated industry would be advantageous.
  • You are fluent in English. French would be considered a strong asset.
