Responsibilities



Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal teams.
  • Manage calendars, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, format and proofread documents, presentations and correspondence.
  • Handle client communications and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with billing processes and expense management.
  • Maintain and update client records and internal databases.
  • Support the organisation of events and business development activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative assistance.

Profile



Profile :

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant.
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services environment would be considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
