Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure proper handling of investor-related transactions: capital calls, redemptions, subscriptions, and transfers.
- Take the lead on AML/KYC reviews and investor register maintenance.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal departments (legal, accounting, compliance) and external partners.
- Drive internal process improvements and contribute to innovation and automation projects.
- Act as a main point of contact for strategic investors and high-value clients.
Profile
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Transfer Agency, ideally with a focus on PE/RE or securitization structures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, or coach junior staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset; comfortable dealing directly with clients.
- Bilingual in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Solid understanding of Luxembourg investment vehicles (RAIF, SIF, SOPARFI, SPV).
