Our client is an established international bank based in Luxembourg, offering a multicultural and collaborative working environment. As part of the development of its investment activities, the bank is looking for an Investment Advisory Analyst to join its Investment Solutions team.

Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Supporting the preparation and regular update of client investment proposals
  • Conducting research on financial markets, investment products, and competitors
  • Collecting, analysing, and maintaining investment product information, including KIDs, factsheets, and other financial documentation
  • Working closely with product specialists, investment advisors, and portfolio managers to gather and analyse relevant information
  • Preparing investment presentations and materials supporting the global investment strategy
  • Maintaining financial databases, analysing data, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports and summaries
  • Supporting the preparation and organisation of investment committees and governance meetings
  • Contributing to the improvement and automation of internal processes and repetitive tasks
  • Ensuring that investment documentation and proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Profile

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • A first experience in banking, asset management, investment advisory, financial analysis, or another relevant financial environment is an advantage
  • Strong interest in financial markets and investment products
  • Good command of Excel
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent Portuguese and English are required; French is considered an advantage
