Responsibilities

Investment Funds & Advisory - Your responsibilities:

  • You will support the design and implementation of sophisticated Luxembourg investment vehicles, alternative investment fund structures, and SPVs. This multifaceted exposure allows you to develop a rare, comprehensive expertise sitting at the crossroads of finance, law, and tax, accelerating your path toward becoming a sought-after specialist in the asset management industry.
  • You will actively participate in the execution of extraordinary transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, and reorganizations. Engaging with these high-stakes projects provides you with direct visibility into the entire lifecycle of major investments, transforming your profile into a highly versatile corporate finance professional.
  • You will review complex fund financial statements and assist with tax-related matters linked to various holding structures. This continuous analytical practice sharpens your financial engineering skills and detail-oriented approach, making you a trusted advisor for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • You will act as a central point of contact for external parties, including law firms, tax advisors, auditors, and fund administrators. Profile

Investment Funds & Advisory - Your profile:

  • A professional background with around 2-3 years of experience, ideally gained within fund environment, a Big Four (Audit or Advisory), accounting firm, family office, or a corporate services provider.
  • A solid understanding of financial statements and familiarity with Private Equity, SOPARFI, SPV or other alternative fund structures.
  • Fluency in English, which serves as the primary working language within this international team, while knowledge of French or Italian represents a wonderful asset for your daily interactions.
  • A proactive, dynamic mindset and a strong desire to transition away from routine production or administration toward a broader, more strategic advisory role.
  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Tax, paired with an intellectual curiosity that positions you perfectly for continuous learning and rapid career advancement.
