Responsibilities
AML Compliance Officer RC : The Function
- Managing and ensuring AML/CFT compliance for a varied client base, guaranteeing alignment with both domestic and global regulatory standards.
- Developing and refining AML/CFT policies and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
- Offering strategic advice on risk management while helping clients enhance their compliance frameworks.
- Performing compliance reviews, pinpointing deficiencies, recommending corrective measures, and delivering training on evolving regulations.
- Overseeing transaction monitoring to spot suspicious activities and ensuring accurate filing of compliance reports (e.g., Suspicious Activity Reports).
- Representing clients in interactions with regulatory authorities (CSSF, CRF) and during audits.
- Staying informed of regulatory changes and advising clients on necessary compliance adjustments.
Profile
AML Compliance Officer RC : Your Profile
- Extensive background in managing AML/CFT compliance in Luxembourg, preferably gained in similar settings such as Big 4 firms or asset management companies.
- Proficiency in English is essential, while German language skills are an advantage. Competencies include a knack for swiftly adjusting strategies, taking initiative, and a passion for innovative, customized solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge in regulatory compliance, especially within financial services, asset management, and investment funds.
- Capable of autonomously handling multiple client accounts.
