Responsibilities

Your Role & Strategic Scope

  • Holistic Risk Oversight: Lead the continuous assessment and monitoring of financial risk exposures-spanning credit, market, liquidity, and capital adequacy-gaining comprehensive exposure across all banking lines.
  • Regulatory Excellence: Direct core regulatory frameworks, including ICAAP, ILAAP, LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, and scenario stress testing, demonstrating your technical leadership to internal and external bodies.
  • Strategic Challenge: Provide independent analysis and strategic pushback on new product rollouts, portfolio limits, and cross-border deals to safeguard the bank's balance sheet.
  • Executive Visibility: Refine risk methodologies and represent the risk function in governance committees and discussions with supervisory authorities.

Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Background: ~5+ years in banking risk management with hands-on experience in credit, market, or liquidity risk.
  • Regulatory Mastery: In-depth understanding of European standards (CRR/CRD, Basel III/IV, ICAAP/ILAAP).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or dedicated risk engines).
  • Communication: Business fluency in English with an ability to distill complex risk analytics into actionable executive insights.

Job Offer
