Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities & Missions

  • You will conduct comprehensive risk analyses and execute rigorous compliance controls. This proactive approach allows you to identify potential issues before they arise, positioning you as a trusted guardian of the firm's integrity and boosting your visibility with top management.
  • You will continuously monitor the evolving legal and regulatory framework while coordinating its implementation across various departments. Staying at the forefront of regulatory changes deepens your technical expertise, ensuring you remain a highly sought-after professional in the competitive compliance landscape.
  • You will actively design and help implement new operational processes while supporting the update of internal written policies and procedures.   • You will act as a key point of contact, providing tailored advice and support to management, functions, and staff on compliance-related matters. Profile

Your Profile

  • You possess a solid academic background with a degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related field focusing on compliance topics, ideally complemented by specific professional certificates.
  • You bring around 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the compliance sector, ideally gained within a ManCo, AIFM, or a compliance-related consulting environment.
  • You have a strong focus on regulatory compliance and are eager to further develop your knowledge in this highly dynamic sector.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English, allowing you to smoothly navigate an international business environment; additional languages are considered a great asset.
  • You demonstrate an independent work style coupled with a great team spirit and a commercial mindset.
  • You have experience working with specialized IT tools, adapting easily to modern operational systems.
  • You are an excellent, highly engaged communicator, opening up fantastic opportunities for continuous learning and career evolution within the firm.
