Responsibilities
AML Manager - Your Role :
- Drive and inspire your team: Take charge of a dedicated group of compliance professionals, fostering their development while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Be the safeguard of compliance: Review, approve, and oversee client due diligence files to ensure alignment with both Luxembourg and EU AML/KYC regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor: Provide clear, pragmatic guidance to internal teams and clients, positioning yourself as the go-to expert for compliance-related matters.
- Stay ahead of change: Monitor regulatory developments, adapt procedures, and contribute to shaping innovative compliance strategies.
Profile
AML Manager - Your Profile:
- A university degree in Law, combined with relevant experience in Compliance/AML.
- Prior experience (at least 3 years) in managing a team, with strong leadership and people development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks in Luxembourg, ideally within an international environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
- A curious, adaptable mindset, eager to grow and explore career opportunities within a leading global organization.
