Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the Banking & Finance team, you will be involved in a variety of financing transactions and advise clients on both Luxembourg and cross-border matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on banking and finance transactions and related legal matters
- Working on real estate finance and acquisition finance transactions
- Assisting with syndicated lending and other financing arrangements
- Supporting clients on debt restructuring and leveraged finance matters
- Drafting and reviewing financing, security and related legal documentation
- Conducting legal research and preparing clear and practical legal advice
- Working closely with senior lawyers and other stakeholders on complex transactions
- Participating in client discussions and contributing to the successful execution of transactions
- Keeping up to date with relevant Luxembourg and European legal developments
You will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters involving an international client base while continuing to develop your technical expertise in Banking & Finance.
Profile
YOUR PROFILE
- 3-5 years of experience in Banking & Finance within a law firm
- Qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar
- Solid knowledge of Banking & Finance law
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills
- Proactive, organised and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working on complex matters in an international environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Offer
