Introduction
We are currently seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Banking & Finance Lawyer (2-4 years of experience) to join a prestigious US law firm in Luxembourg.
The role offers a strong balance between advisory and transactional work, with a split of approximately 50% regulatory / 50% transactional matters.
You will be involved in a wide range of high-quality banking & finance matters, working closely with senior lawyers and international clients on complex cross-border transactions as well as regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
Role overview :
- Balanced exposure to banking & finance work, combining regulatory and transactional matters (approx. 50/50)
- Involvement in cross-border transactions for international financial institutions and clients
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing and regulatory documentation
- Close collaboration with senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters
Profile
Your profile:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Banking & Finance, ideally within an international law firm
- Strong exposure to either regulatory financial law or transactional finance (or both)
- Solid academic background in law (Master's degree in Law is required)
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as French or German are an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
