Our client is a well-established independent advisory firm with a strong reputation in the Luxembourg market. For many years, the firm has been advising leading Private Equity funds and international investment groups on the structuring, establishment and ongoing management of investment vehicles.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- Assist in the structuring and implementation of Luxembourg investment vehicles and alternative investment funds.
- Analyse fund, holding and acquisition structures from financial, accounting, legal and tax perspectives.
- Support the execution of acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and corporate restructuring transactions.
- Coordinate with law firms, tax advisors, auditors, fund administrators, banks and other external service providers.
- Contribute to the corporate governance and ongoing management of investment structures.
- Assist on Private Equity, M&A and corporate finance advisory projects.
- Perform financial and accounting analyses of investment structures and portfolio companies to support decision-making.
- Prepare board documentation, investor reports and other strategic materials.
Profile
Your profile
- Around 3 years of professional experience in Luxembourg within Corporate Finance, Audit, Fund Administration, Financial Consulting or a similar environment.
- A genuine interest in Private Equity, M&A transactions, investment funds and corporate structuring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent English is essential.
- French and/or Italian are considered strong assets.
- Motivated, proactive and eager to develop within a high-performing advisory environment.
