A fast-growing and dynamic investment management company based in Luxembourg is looking for a Valuation Officer to join its experienced and collaborative small team. Backed by a well-established Spanish group, the firm operates with a strong international outlook and a focus on quality and innovation in fund services.

This is a highly versatile role centered on reviewing NAVs for Private Debt funds, with a broad exposure to compliance, finance, fund administration, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

Valuation Officer - Your responsibilities:

  • Monthly review of NAVs prepared externally (Private Debt focus).
  • Verification of accrued interest, amortizations, and asset valuations.
  • Daily liaison with fund administrators, auditors, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversight of statutory filings (annual accounts, RCS).
  • Preparation of documents for general meetings (AGMs).
  • Handling due diligence questionnaires from investors and partners.
  • Preparation of group reporting, slide decks, and KPI tracking.
  • Day-to-day involvement in the operational life of the company.
  • Support to the Finance and Compliance Directors on cross-functional projects.

Profile

Valuation Officer - Your profile:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in fund administration, fund audit, fund accounting or similar.
  • Good understanding of UCITS, AIFs, and RAIF structures.
  • Fully fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); French is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a small-team setting.
  • Comfortable juggling operational and regulatory tasks with autonomy and ownership.
