In this versatile role, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from contacting customers and candidates to prospecting new partners. You will conduct initial interviews with candidates, introduce them to customers and organize subsequent interviews. Careful monitoring of the process is also an essential part of your job.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- 360° recruitment: conduct in-depth research to find the best candidates and conduct initial selection interviews.
- Trusted partner: develop solid relationships with our customers by advising them on their recruitment needs.
- Prospecting: attract new customers and consolidate our existing portfolio.
- Interview organization: coordinate and plan meetings between candidates and customers.
- Process monitoring: ensure that each stage of the recruitment process is carried out efficiently and on time.
Profile
Profile required:
- Beginners are welcome: prior experience is not required, we are ready to train you if you are motivated and passionate about recruitment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree: your academic background testifies to your dedication and ambition for a successful career in this field.
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
