Responsibilities
What does a recruitment consultant do?
- As a consultant you are not only in contact with candidates looking for a new job, but you are also the point of contact for clients in their search for a new colleague.
- You analyse the situation of your clients and candidates and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly.
- You have a portfolio of existing clients, but you ensure that it remains up to date, you prospect and you ensure that new clients are added to your portfolio.
- It is your responsibility to maintain a long-term relationship with your clients.
Profile
What do we expect from a recruitment consultant?
- You are ambitious and result-driven. With our unlimited commission system, you earn as much as you work.
- A commercially motivated person, as you will be working with clients and potential clients all the time.
- You are autonomous but like to work in a team, as at Austin Bright you will be working with your partner in a market in which you will be trained.
- You have completed your higher education (Bachelor / Master).
- You are French speaking and have a good knowledge of English. Any other language is obviously a plus.
