Responsibilities

Role Content

  • Legal advice and strategy: Provide day-to-day and strategic guidance on structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs).
  • Documentation: Draft, review, and adapt fund documentation, including subscription agreements, LPAs, offering memoranda, and articles of association, ensuring legal accuracy and commercial suitability.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Tax, Finance, Corporate, and Litigation teams to deliver fully integrated advice to clients.
  • Client management: Support international clients and fund sponsors throughout the lifecycle of their projects, advising on regulatory, ESG, investor, financing, and operational matters.
  • Business development: Participate in networking and client outreach activities to help grow the firm's practice in the investment funds sector.

Profile

Profile

  • Law degree (Master's level, LL.M. preferred) with admission to the Luxembourg Bar (List I preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment funds within a major or well-recognized law firm.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and commercially-minded approach.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, private debt, and liquid fund strategies.
