A boutique fiduciary with an international footprint is currently looking for a Corporate Officer Support to join its growing team. Its client base spans Soparfi holdings, alternative funds, SPVs, and securitisation vehicles, giving you the chance to work on diverse and interesting projects.
Responsibilities
Corporate officer support - Your Role :
- Assist in preparing and organising board and shareholder meetings.
- Support with company incorporations and the set-up of funds.
- Manage AML/KYC processes, FATCA/CRS reporting, and regulatory compliance tasks.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders (lawyers, notaries, authorities).
- Maintain corporate files, registers, and records.
Profile
Corporate officer support - Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg within a fiduciary, service provider, or law firm.
- Exposure to corporate officer duties (board prep, reporting, compliance).
- Fluent in French and English (both essential).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
