Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
- Administrative support for lawyers: Manage document production, filing, billing, expense processing, and electronic time recording. This hands-on work ensures that legal teams operate efficiently, while allowing you to strengthen your organisational and legal administrative skills on diverse matters.
- Diary and meeting management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements. Acting as the organisational hub gives you a broad overview of workflow management and allows you to anticipate and facilitate key team priorities.
- Reception and guest services: Provide a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors, manage access control, and assist with conference room and audio/visual setup. Rotational responsibilities in reception allow you to develop interpersonal skills and represent the firm's professionalism in a client-facing role.
- Event coordination and ad hoc projects: Support internal and external events, arrange catering, and assist with office projects. This variety ensures a dynamic workday and provides opportunities to make a tangible impact across teams.
Profile
Profile & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in legal or corporate administrative support.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-oriented approach.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
