Responsibilities

Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Role :

  • Provide legal advice on complex financing and capital markets matters, with a strong international dimension.
  • Take ownership of drafting, negotiating and reviewing transactional documents, ensuring seamless execution alongside colleagues from different jurisdictions.
  • Work directly with global clients - from private equity houses to investment banks - and build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers at the top of their fields.

Profile

Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Profile:

  • Qualified as a lawyer in Luxembourg, able to work independently and manage your own billing.
  • 4-6 years' experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or transactional work within a Luxembourg law firm.
  • Registered with the Luxembourg Bar (List I or II).
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages such as French or German are highly valued.
  • Strong experience with cross-border deals, comfortable navigating fast-paced and international environments.
  • Pragmatic, business-driven, and motivated to deliver high-quality results.
